Question

I'm going to a weekend religious retreat at the end of March in Wisconsin. It's for college students and I won't have any friends there. I really want to bring my Rebekah doll(AGT 21) with me. I'd probably leave her in the room most of the time. Do you guys think I should bring my doll with me? I'm going to be older than most of the other people there anyways, but I look a lot younger than my real age so I'll look around the same age as the others.

I don't want her to get stolen or anything and I also really want to make friends. But as I said I'll probably leave her in the room most of the time. When there's down time I can take some pics with her and even draw her in my sketchbook. I don't want to look strange or dumb, either.

Also, where is the AG outlet store? It's in Kenosha, isn't it? Can someone tell me where it is so I could stop by there on the way there or back? Does anyone know the hours or if it's open on Sundays?

I'd bring her! Are you going to be sharing a room with people? I think a big ag doll would be kind of hard to steal and hide from others, especially if your going to be sharing a room. Keep her in your backpack or somewhere safe until you feel the coast is clear to let her out!

The last time I went on this retreat 3 years ago, I shared a room with 2 other girls(1 of which I came with). There was a bunk bed which I gladly took the top bunk since I never had bunk beds of my own.

This isn't school, this is a summer camp site in the woods. There will be people from all different IL colleges there.

I say take her, and if you find yourself uncomfortable having her there for any reason, just mail her home!

Right now my instinct is to take her and I can always keep her in my duffel or the trunk of my car if necessary. I still have to figure out if it would be appropriate to bring her out though.
